Group bookings

We can happily accommodate large group bookings of up to 26 people, up to 29 if there are children in the group.

We know that no two groups are the same, so we have various options of cottage combinations to suit every occasion:

12 guests - High Barn 6 bedroom

18 guests - High Barn 6 bedroom and Granary 3 bedroom

21 guests - High Barn 6 bedroom and Cart House 4 bedroom

27 guests - High Barn 6 bedroom, Cart House 4 bedroom and Granary 3 bedroom

Our larger cottages are just perfect for a group of friends, or extended family. The High Barn will sleep up to 12 adults and 1 child and the Cart House sleeps up to 9 adults and 3 children. They are opposite each other so work well for a larger group, you can add another 2 or 3 bedroom cottage to increase numbers if needed.

The Cart House was converted with larger groups in mind and gives a lovely large living area set on the edge of the paddocks where a large group can get together and even dine in style.

You can also book spa services in the cottages - imagine relaxing with your friends whilst trained therapists treat you to a facial or massage. Maybe you all want a manicure and pedicure so you all look lovely for your evenings entertainment?

Want to have a meal or buffet delivered to the cottage?

Many local restaurants will deliver food into the cottages but sometimes you want something more. You can use Elaine Townsend a local caterer who offers delicious meals, have your chosen menu delivered to the cottage. You can choose to serve yourselves or opt for full service with waiting staff .

If you would like a private chef Dineindulge offer a private dining experience in your cottage, they have a range of menus to suit all occasions and budgets. Restaurant quality cuisine at an affordable price so why not treat yourselves whilst you stay at the cottages. The chef prepares your meal in the cottage and will serve you at table (they might need a little help if it is a large group), best of all they tidy up and wash the pots before they go. We have a code so you can get a 5% discount on the advertised rates for all menus.

Perfect for all sort of gatherings, a reunion, wedding anniversaries, big birthdays, hen parties or just a family get together. Our two large cottages are right opposite each other and perfect for a large group of up to 21 adults - it is also possible to accommodate 3 or 4 children U 14 years on put up beds.
