• Employees and Contractors: Must treat all guests, colleagues and partners with dignity and respect, and report any breaches of this policy.
• Guests: Are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff and the property at all times.

Guests are encouraged to inform us of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
