Is there outside space to enjoy?
Yes, all our cottages have a private enclosed garden, you also have access to the shared areas where you will find a guests orchard, a large lawned area by the field side and the fireball area surrounded by seating.

Are you cottages secure for guests who may wander?
Your family's peace of mind is incredibly important to us. To keep everyone safe and comply with fire regulations, our cottages are fitted with thumb-turn front door locks. We completely understand that this layout can be a worry for families caring for loved ones who tend to wander. Please feel free to bring along your own portable door alarms or pressure mats to use during your time with us. If you have any questions, our team is always here to help. We can easily share detailed floor plans and boundary maps to make sure you choose the safest and most comfortable cottage for your stay.

Are you able to declutter the space?
Of course, if it is easier for you we can remove non-essential items from the space and adjust the layout to suit your needs where possible. If you have any specific preferences please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What if we need help when we are at the cottages?
Hopefully your stay will be uneventful but even if the worse should happen help is close at hand. We live in the farmhouse right next to the cottages and you can call on us in an emergency, expert help is also not far away with a minor injuries unit 2½ miles away and a A&E approx 8 miles away in Hull.
