Wow! Just got back from a family celebration for our parents diamond wedding anniversary. We were a group of 10 adults and a 7 month old baby so we rented High Barn which consisted of Foldyard and Barn House joined by an internal connecting door. This gave us 2 upstairs bedrooms, 4 ground floor bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 sitting rooms, 2 enclosed gardens and plenty of parking. We were so impressed by the quality of the furnishings, the bedding, the space and the general feeling of the whole site. Everywhere inside and outside was spotless and well looked after, even the bin store with bins for recycling and extra logs for the burner. Elaine is a lovely lady who is there if required but not intrusive. Would we recommend and return? Yes, we certainly would. Thank you.

Fantastic cottage We stayed for three days and had a very enjoyable time. The Courtyard is extremely spacious and a home from home. Everything you need is there. Beautiful grounds and friendly host. A private garden awaits you with dining al fresco if you wish. Welcome pack and gifts.Parking easy. Walking distance to beautiful village with 3 pubs . Beverly itself is a very nice town. Lots to do in the area. We were very impressed.

The Forge cottage. We found the Forge to be a very well appointed cottage, with useful enclosed garden for our two labradors. Handy for visiting historic Beverley and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely week in a home from home cottage Stayed in the Courtyard Cottage with our son and 2 grandchildren for a week. Really lovely cottage with spacious comfortable living space. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen with enough crockery and cutlery to host a banquet! This made it very easy to use dishwasher and keep kitchen area tidy. Nice to have good quality bed linen and towels. Lots of information around the cottage and no rules like airbnb! Lovely setting, quiet, private garden. Plenty to do nearby.

5 Stars is not enough. The overall experience was 5 Star. If there was a 6 option I would have no hesitation in awarding that star. We stayed in the Cart House. My partner, myself and our doggie. It was spacious, yet cosy. Everything was catered for. Luxurious Towels, bedding, toiletries and furnishings. Clear instructions on how things worked and a very detailed and informative welcome pack. Will definitely be coming back.

Stay over our wedding for bridal party. Theeee best idea ever! Would highly recommend! We stayed from Friday - Sunday in July, 8 girls for my wedding at the Beverley Barn! The Barn House is the best and ideal location. Elaine was outstanding! So hospitable and the rooms are gorgeous! Got some amazing pre wedding shots! We also booked through Elaine, her contact Elaine Townend for morning breakfast. This was also the best idea. I cannot say enough how much staying here really made my wedding weekend! It was perfect! The sheep are also hilarious! You can see them walking around at times. Thank you so much Elaine xx

Lovely family break We had a wonderful short break in the Stables cottage. Elaine was very helpful and responded quickly to a last minute email asking if we could add the extra bed, she had also kindly removed breakable ornaments due to our young children. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything in that we could have needed. The beds were very comfortable and despite the hot weather we slept comfortably. The location was lovely and quiet but also not far from Beverley and Hull. We hope to come back again!

Lovely cottage in great location. We have stayed at Briadgate farm several times and the quality is always very high. It is really a home from home with everything you could need plus a lovely view over the fields. Elaine is a great host and we look forward to our next stay. We were in the Forge cottage which has a great view, comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen and nice outdoor patio.

Broadgate Holiday Accommodation Broadgate Farm Cottages offers first class accommodation. Having stayed in both The Forge and The Foldyard, these holiday cottages are pristinely clean, well equipped with good quality bedding and towels. The grounds are exceptionally well kept, including a recycling unit. The cottages are within walking distance to both Walkington and Beverley, both worth a visit. We have been going to Broadgate for the past 8 years, as we have family in Beverley, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owners obviously work hard to attain this high standard of holiday accommodation.

Family of 10 - Perfect place! What a fabulous place to stay! Can't fault the accommodation - absolutely spotless and it had everything we needed. We were a family of 10 celebrating a big birthday and it was just the perfect place. It catered for all ages and 2 dogs! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were clear instructions for everything which made things nice and easy for us all! Loved the welcome pack! The cottage is in a stunning location - very peaceful! We will be back again! We accidently left something behind at the cottage after leaving, Elaine packaged it up for us so I could arrange collection - so helpful! Can't thank the owners enough for a beautiful stay :)
