THE STABLES My wife, me and mother in law stayed over Easter weekend we were in the stables which was a great cottage. Downstairs bedroom for mother in law and bathroom with wetroom which was ideal for her. Our bedroom was upstairs and also a large bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bath also. Lovely sitting room with log burner and tv with Netflix. Kitchen had everything you needed we had breakfast in every morning. Underfloor heating was very cosy. The village of Walkington was a mile away with a local shop and 3 pub. Beverley was @ 3 miles away and the bus stop is @ 200 yards away. The owner popped around straight away to make sure everything was as we expected which was nice touch and also left a few goodies for us. The owners have made a great place for families or friends to stay with cottages of various sizes. The only thing i would recommend to owners is some black out curtains in upstairs bedroom as when the sun is out you might get a sun tan.

Beautiful House What a lovely clean house the Granary is. It's very cosy with the underfloor heating. Plenty parking for our van and trailer. The bottles of pale ale and biscuits were a lovely treat thankyou. And all the necessities were there with milk, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets, cleaning liquids etc. The kids loved the games and books and the free wifi!! Thankyou so much.

Cosy and warm A wonderful warm, clean, inviting cottage with a friendly welcome from Elaine . Everything we needed was provided, including wood and sticks for the cheery log burner. We did some Christmas shopping in Beverley, visited the coast the weather was unpleasant- but it was December so we expected bad weather but it was always a comforting thought that we had somewhere warm and cosy to come back to, put the kettle on and relax.

Relaxing break Second visit to Broadgate farm, absolutely lovely place the cottage is so well equipped and comfortable. Location is great too!

Comfortable cottage in a lovely location Our second stay in the Broadgate Farm Cottages, this time in Granary. A lovely cottage, comfortable and spacious, in a beautiful location with easy access to Beverley, the Wolds and the coast. Topped up by a warm and friendly welcomefrom Elaine.

Excellent Accomadation Gorgeous, spacious beautifully presented cottages. We booked The Granary, The stables and High barn for a family celebration. Everyone was so impressed with the quality and comfort of the accomadation. Downstairs bedrooms, downstairs walk in showers and spacious communal areas in high barn made it perfect for a relative with mobility issues. We had 4 generations in our party all of whom were accomadated for. The kitchens are so well equipped they impressed our family member who is a chef! Communication from Elaine prior to our stay and on arrival was excellent. I highly recommend.

Five stars and more We had a wonderful short break staying in Foldyard Cottage. The facilities were excellent, and everything in the cottage was of the highest standard. Every detail was considered carefully to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment. Our dog loved the garden as well! It was our first stay and we will definitely return! Beverley is a beautiful town with so much to offer. It is very accessible, dog-friendly and welcoming.

Relaxing family break We get together as a family every year at Broadgate. We all enjoy the calm relaxing atmosphere. Everything is top quality in these beautiful cottages. The owners are so friendly and welcoming which is one of the reasons we return year after year. Thank you Elaine for once again being so accommodating

A lovely cottage with accessible facilities Very comfortable and large property. Well thought out wet room with additional equipment available. Beautiful site with several cottages ideal for family gatherings.

Another excellent stay at Broadgate. This was our fourth stay at Broadgate and it did not disappoint. These lovely converted buildings have been finished to a very high specification but they are also very comfortable and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time. Located close to Beverley and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Wolds and coast there is lots to do nearby - but it's also a great place for groups to gather together and spend quality time. All the essentials are covered - very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms but there are also lots of thoughtful details and very well-equipped kitchens. The outdoor spaces are well thought out and everything is very well-maintained. I can't recommend it too highly.

Perfect Stay Everything was perfect. There were 4 couples in our party all early 70's. The accommodation was extremely clean the beds were very comfortable. The sheep and ducks were an added bonus. We are looking to book again next year. Can't fault any of it.
