Our luxury self-catering holiday lets can accommodate groups of up to 26 adults, up to 29 if some are children. Our luxury large holiday houses are designed to ensure the comfort of our guests, with wood burning fires, underfloor heating, quality furnishings and comfy beds Broadgate Farm cottages offers an escape from life’s hustle and bustle to the comforting rural luxury of the farm.

From family get togethers, couples trips, multi-family trips, big birthday celebrations, or even hen do’s, these spacious and comfortable group holiday cottages are perfect for every large occasion.

The High Barn

The High Barn cottage is a six bedroom holiday let, consisting of the Barn and the Foldyard cottages linked together, it consists of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 plus a child. With a large sitting room in the Barn and another sitting room in the Foldyard there is plenty of room for families to come together.

Perfect for multi-generational family breaks or a group of friends.

There is a large ground floor bedroom, small twin and wetroom in the Barn, as well as two ground floor bedrooms and an additional wetroom in the Foldyard, so this cottage would be perfect for those with limited mobility, accessibility needs and wheelchair users. The Cart House

The lovely Cart House cottage sleeps up to 9 adults and 3 children. A spacious cottage with four large ensuite bedrooms, underfloor heating throughout, wood burning stoves and all the luxury you expect from five star gold accommodation. The open plan living space is stunning, with a vaulted ceiling and original beams full of character, oak flooring in the living room area with underfloor heating to keep you cosy. The lavish kitchen has stunning granite worktops, and the French windows look out onto the sheep pasture, look out for skipping lambs in the spring!

It is situated opposite the High Barn so they are ideal to combine for larger group accommodation.

Spa Services

For hen do’s or girly get togethers, why not organise a spa treatment day with Glo Spa during your stay? Sit back and relax as you enjoy a pamper session, have your nails and makeup done, or even energise yourself with yoga! Glo spa’s friendly and qualified therapists can cater for groups of any size, they’ll come to the cottage and bring everything you’ll need from towels to massage tables.

Private Chef

There are several restaurants in the area that deliver takeaway to the farm, check our our restaurant guide. If you want a more elevated dining experience Elaine Townsend, a successful caterer can come and cook a meal in the cottage for you, and you won’t have to worry about the washing up! Ground floor bedrooms and wetrooms

For anyone with accessibility needs, our Accessibility Guide offers detailed information to help you choose the best cottage for your requirements. We are always happy to assist you in finding the perfect accommodation and answer any questions you may have. The cottage details also show floor plans, plenty of images and virtual tours so you can really see inside the cottages and decide if it is right for you.

The holiday accommodations at Broadgate Farm, featuring ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms, create an ideal setting for multi-generational getaways. Here, extended families or groups of friends can convene, welcoming individuals of all ages, from infants and young children to elderly grandparents, ensuring everyone can come together and enjoy their time.

The ground floor wet rooms have walk in showers with fixed grab rails, some have a fixed glass screen and others are fully accessible but all have shower heads on adjustable height rails. We also have some mobility aids available to help make your stay more comfortable and save space in the car! You can choose from, portable toilet frames, raised toilet seats or shower stools.

Outside Space

Each Broadgate Farm Holiday Cottage has its own enclosed outdoor garden, the Cart House has stunning views across the sheep pasture with full length windows letting in natural light. Additionally, there is a large outdoor dining table in the Barn garden, perfect for summer evenings outside.

There is also a communal firepit area where guests are welcome to gather around the bespoke fireball. The lawn around this is also ideal for playing games with children or just letting them run off some steam.

Pet friendly accommodation

All our self-catering holiday lets are dog friendly, so the family dog is invited too! There are several walks from the door, so a Broadgate Farm holiday is perfect for your fluffy companions, with the Beverley Westwood nearby and beaches within driving distance there is more enough to entertain you and your furry family.

Broadgate Farm Holiday Cottages welcomes up to two pets per booking.We have yet to meet a dog that doesn’t love our underfloor heating!
