The Barn House is a spacious four bedroom holiday cottage that can sleep up to eight guests (plus an additional child), thoughtfully converted from a period farm building. With ground floor bedrooms and a wetroom, it is particularly suited to multi-generational family stays and can accommodate guests with limited mobility. Located close to Beverley, the Yorkshire Wolds and the Yorkshire coast in scenic countryside.
Prices vary seasonally, weeks from £1150 and short breaks from £699. Late booking discounts or special offers sometimes available.

The front door opens into a comfortable, open plan living room with exposed beams, oak flooring and plenty of seating for large groups to gather together. Entertainment includes Smart TV, DVD player, hi-fi with Bluetooth and free fast Wi-Fi.
The living room flows seamlessly into a spacious kitchen and dining area, creating a practical and sociable layout for family meals, evenings in and relaxing.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed with larger self-catering stays in mind, with plenty of preparation space and a large dining table that can seat between 10 to 12 guests.
Facilities include a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a large range cooker. Preparing group feasts becomes a fun, social experience rather than a chore.

The two ground floor bedrooms are ideal for a family group, please note the ground floor twin bedroom is a snug 3.5m x 2.2m so if you are using it for adults it is rather cosy! Room for an additional put up bed (extra charge) in both upstairs bedrooms.
The Barn House includes three bathrooms across both floors. Right next to the ground floor bedrooms is a wetroom with an easy-access shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a family bathroom on the landing with a shower and separate bath.
Eco-friendly underfloor heating provides comfort throughout the year.
Your own private courtyard garden is perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Each cottage also benefits from access to our shared outdoor areas, complete with a guest orchard and a stylish firepit encircled by seating.
Enjoy the convenience of dedicated parking right outside your door. A pathway connects the designated parking area to the cottage, ensuring seamless access to the barn.

The Barn House can be booked with Foldyard cottage to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 across six bedrooms. The two cottages connect through two doors in the cottage’s kitchens. When booked separately these doors are securely locked and extra sound insulation is fitted to ensure your privacy and security.

One of the three bedrooms in the Barn has a flexible bed configuration an upstairs bedrooms has zip and link beds that can be made up as two twins or a larger superking depending on your requirements.
No, the Barn does not have a wood burning stove. If you want one see our cottages that do try: Forge, Stables, Foldyard, Granary, Cart House or Courtyard.

Both of the upstairs bedrooms have room for an extra child bed (U14yrs please).
