Situated close to historic Beverley, the stunning Yorkshire Wolds and scenic Yorkshire Coast, it’s ideal for family gatherings, a friends get together or as part of a group stay.

This cottage’s most striking feature is its large living room, designed for socialising, relaxing and gathering together for a meal. The dining table can seat up to twelve, and the main seating area has comfortable leather sofas, exposed beams and a lovely wood-burning stove.
The cottage has underfloor heating throughout, ensuring your comfort year-round.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for a self catering stay with plenty of preparation space for families and groups. Perfect for a quick snack or serving up a meal delivered to the door you can also just as easily whip up a three course meal.
It combines practicality with style, featuring granite worktops, a dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside the cottage there is a large private courtyard garden providing an ideal space for al fresco dining and relaxing during the warmer months. Guests across all cottages have access to the communal outdoor spaces, including a guest orchard and a stylish firepit framed by a seating area.

Two of the three bedrooms in the Granary have flexible bed configurations. The master bedroom has a fixed kingsized bed, the other two bedrooms have zip and link beds that can be made up as twins or superking beds depending on your specific needs.
Yes, the Granary has a delightful wood burning stove in the living room, perfect for gathering together around the fire on cold evenings.
The courtyard garden is fully enclosed by a 6 foot high fence giving you privacy in your outside space.
We can just get an extra child bed (U14yrs please) in the main bedroom but to accommodate we have to move the chest of drawers onto the landing. If you are 7 in number have a look at the Barn House which has 4 bedrooms.
Sorry no but we do have several other cottages with ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms, Granary can be adapted for hidden disabilities.
