26 guests in complete luxury. Not many places which can accommodate 26 friends and family in such luxury. We took over 5 cottages for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The cottages are immaculate, clean and luxurious. Plenty of room for all. Outside area is amazing too. Hope to return.

Perfect Group Accommodation Really great weekend catching up with friends - we hired two of the cottages which were extremely well equipped, clean and perfect for lots of kids and dogs. Lots of things to do nearby and walkable to pub/lunch spots.

Beautiful cottages in a tranquil We stayed in the Stables for 6 nights while visiting from Perth, Western Australia, and it was an absolute joy. From the thoughtful little hamper on arrival, to the clean and beautifully furnished rooms, the Stables were faultless. The children loved running around the farm looking at the sheep and rams, and even spotted some deer in the fields further away. Elaine was lovely and provided excellent customer service, quickly answering any queries we had. We hope to return one day!

Peaceful, beautiful and fully accessible. Everything about Broadgate Farm Cottages exceeded our expectations. Top quality immaculately clean and set in delightful surroundings. It is obvious that Elaine & Steve care very much that you should enjoy your stay with them. A lovely welcoming pack, basic essentials - all for your use. I booked this for the accessibility requirements and most certainly will be coming again. It is a wonderful area with so much to see and do, plenty of great eateries and would definitely give The Fergusson Fawcitt a shout out for food and atmosphere. 10 out of 5!! Fantastic and lovely that Elaine checked if everything was OK and no trouble if you needed to ask for anything.

A lovely stay. We stayed at the Courtyard. It is a lovely spacious property and very well equipped. The location is excellent being only a mile or so from the market town of Beverley. We had one small issue with the hot water, but after speaking to Elaine, it was sorted immediately and when we returned from being out and about, she had left a bottle of bubbly in the cottage as an apology. The complex is very well managed and maintained and the owners have worked hard to provide lots of information on the farm’s history, the cottage facilities and attractions and eateries. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Wheelchair accessible This is the second time we have stayed at Broadgate Farm Cottages. Although the cottage we booked this time was the smaller of the group, it was still spacious enough and had a beautiful private garden for our dog Eddie to run about. The owner Elaine is nearly always about and very helpful. The cottages are wheelchair accessible and with my wife being paraplegic she is still able to get about the cottage with no real problems. I would recommend the Courtyard cottage as it is bigger and a lot easier to get around

Lovely place and location, great value Lovely place, peaceful and tranquil but just ten minutes from Beverley. The accommodation is perfect, with everything catered for with plenty of space and we had a lovely outdoor courtyard. This was great for outdoor dining and a secure space for our little dog to run around. Thanks Elaine, sure we we will be back!

Relaxing and Peaceful This was our second visit to Broadgate Farm Cottages. The property is well organised with attention to detail. Comfortable furnishings and spacious. It is well positioned for visiting East Riding and an easy walk on to Beverley Westwood.

Wonderful cottages Broadgate farm cottages is a wonderful place. The cottages are spacious and well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The environment is peaceful - sheep in the fields - and the farm is 1 mile from Beverley. The Forge is our favorite cottage.

General overview Our first thoughts on arrival was, WoW, It was clear to see that a lot of effort and planning had gone into the creation of the properties and asuming the same standards applied to all properties, Every ones expectations / requirements are different and efforts had been made to accomadate a wide variation of needs and expectations .

Beautifully appointed and charming cottage in a lovely rural setting We had a great week at Broadgate Farm Cottages, staying in Forge. The cottage was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It is situated in the country but very near to Beverley and to the village of Walkington. We appreciated the ample parking. The setting was serene with fluffy sheep adding to the charm of the farm. If we ever get the opportunity to return to this region of England again, I would definitely stay here. It's a great country get-away for relaxing!

Excellent stay Excellent stay in a fantastically well equipped cottage (Cart 2), with massive living space and welcoming host. Guests with mobility issues are particularly well catered for with extra aids on request, in our case a raised toilet seat, and information about accessible attractions and eating places in the locality.

We stayed at the Cart House 4 last week, choosing it as it seemed to best suited the needs of all each of our adult family members. We couldn't have asked for anything more - it was perfect! Everything has been thought of and provided. It is furnished and equipped to a very high quality and everywhere was very clean. Disability aids for the bathroom were provided for my father which gave him reassurance. The accommodation is very spacious and well insulated - very cosy. Watching the sheep in the field outside was wonderful entertainment - we miss them! And how lovely to have a barn owl nesting in the barn next door and swallows in the eaves. It was a perfect location for our visit to family nearby but we also enjoyed walking in and visiting the surrounding areas. Thank you so much for making our visit a great success. O'Neill & Royal family

Highly recommended We travelled to the area with my sister and elderly parents to visit family. We chose Cart House 4 as it gave us all en-suite bathrooms, separate living space and the accessibllity needed for my father who has very limited mobility. The property offered the use of several disability aids which my father found very useful in his bathroom, giving him added confidence during our stay. All of us were very impressed with the accommodation - an excellent conversion with good quality furnishings and fittings. Everything has been thought of and provided. The building is very homely with an high standard of cleanliness, and well insulated - in fact we didn't realise quite how well it was til we came back home! Outside the windows was a field of sheep which kept us entertained - we only used the TV a couple of times. Outside our front door was a swallows nest and in the eaves of the barn next door was a barn owl - all fascinating. There are 3 pubs in the village of Walkington, a 10 minute walk away. Beverley is a 30 minute walk the other way or a 2 minute drive. The communications before our visit were comprehensive and Elaine welcomed us shortly after our arrival. Highly recommended - it was perfect for our needs.

Lovely stay at The Forge We found The Forge to be a first class venue for our six night stay. It is a very clean and comfortable cottage, well provided with facilities and equipment. It is tastefully decorated. We lacked for nothing and appreciated the "extras" in the Welcome Pack. Top sighting was seeing the barn owl at dusk. We shall certainly return if we are visiting the area again.

We have just returned from a week stay at Broadgate Farm, staying in The Barn accommodation. This was our 10 visited and we were as satisfied this time as we were when we first came. The standard of accommodation, furnishings, cleanliness and hospitality from Elaine and her team is 5 star. The location for all the places to visit, is perfect. The wildlife is amazing , including the sheep , lambs , ducks and the Owl. We have already booked for 2027 ! Highly recommend

Another great Holiday at Broadgate Farm Cottages We have just returned from our 10 visit to Broadgate Fam Cottages. We were as pleased as we were when we first visited. The accommodation is 5 star, first class in all aspects. The furnishings, quality of beds and linen is exceptional. The cleanliness s also first class. The cottage we stayed in, The Barn is so well equipped, we did not want for anything. A lovely welcome pack is there on our arrival. The location is perfect for visiting Yorkshires coast and Moors, nothing is too far and the drive and scenery anywhere is beautiful. Elaine and her team are so hospitable and they are there is you need them for anything. Great amount of wildlife around the location, sheep, lambs, duck and the owl ! Good restaurants in Beverley and in near by Walkington.
