It is never to early to start thinking about Christmas or New Year! Don't leave it too late and miss your favourite cottage, it is particularly important to book early if you are part of a large group. Pay a 30% deposit on booking and your balance isn't due until end of October, if you'd like to pay in instalments just let us know and we will set the booking so you can pay a little month by month - ask for details.

Christmas

Cart House is booked for Christmas but we have good availability in our other cottages.

Christmas with family or close friends can't be beaten and why not spend it in a lovely cottage decorated with garlands and a Christmas tree.

A welcome Christmas hamper awaits your arrival and you can be assured that the cottage will be warm and cosy whatever the weather outside.

New Year

Full availability for New Year, spend time with friends and family to see in the New Year

For a short and sweet New Year's break you can arrive on New Year's Eve into Forge cottage, this delightful 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for a small family or 2 couples.

Twixmas Breaks

2 or 3 night stays between Christmas and New Year - if available released once Christmas and New Year are booked up, so check back or drop Elaine a line and add yourself to our wait list.

Early January weekends

Want to get together and keep an eye on the bank balance? Why not plan your get together for a January weekend - rates in January are the lowest all year round and planning a social get together can help lift the winter gloom.

What could be better than Christmas or New Year at Broadgate Farm Cottages. Lovely cosy cottages decorated for the festive season with Christmas trees and garlands.
