Q: Do I have to pay a deposit to secure the booking?

A: If your booking is more than 49 days ahead a 30% deposit secures the booking, if arrival is less than 49 days ahead payment in full is due at the time of booking

Q: When is my balance due?

A: Your balance is due 49 days before arrival – we will send you a reminder.

Q: What are your bank details

A: Our bank details will be sent to you when your payment is due or call the office on 01482 888111

Q: Can I book and pay online?

A: Yes you can book and pay online, if you prefer you can email broadgatefarm@btinternet.com or call us on 01482 888111

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A:  We accept bank transfers & card payments. For late bookings payment by debit card only. We can accept business credit cards but they do incur a surcharge. We can now accept cheques below the value of £1000 by arrangement only, call the office 01482 888111

Q: Why do you impose a surcharge on business credit cards?

A: We are charged a larger fee for using these cards and the surcharge we ask the customer to pay is a contribution to these fees, the surcharge does not cover the total cost to us. We offer several payment options where no surcharge applies. Under the new legistation it is permitted to charge for corporate cards

Q: How do I know my booking is confirmed?

A: We send a booking confirmation by email to confirm all bookings

Q: Are there any other charges to pay?

A: The price we quote or the price shown in the booking system is the total cost, tax is included. The only other charges that may apply will be if you select one of the additional cost options eg pets, put up bed, etc. Select these options when booking or request details when you ask for your quote.

Q: Are linen and towels included?

A: Yes we provide crisp bed linen and towels (bath sheet & hand towel each) – the only thing we do not provide is cot bedding.

Q: Can you take a put up bed or sofa bed in all cottages?

A: We do not have any sofa beds, some of the cottages have room for a put up bed for a child under 14 which is a chargeable extra. If the cottage takes a put up bed there will be an option on the booking form. We have one extra bed for an adult but it is only available in the Cart House 4 bedroom or Courtyard, again it is available as a booking extra when you place your booking.
