We have only been open since the end of August 2009 but here are some of our guests comments........
Even though we have only been open a short time we already have guests who have returned for their fourth visit.

It was all perfect! Loved everything! The bathrooms in particluar are spectacular - such luxury! The kitchen is lovely - a real pleasure to cook in! Everywhere was warm & cosy.

My family is from England and I have been traveling to the East Riding ,Yorkshire area for over 20 years..and until now...NEVER!!!! Found a beautiful accomodation like this soooooooooooooo close to Hull, England. Only 10 miles and a bus route only 200 yards away from your door!! You can also walk into the lovely market town of Beverley or in the other direction visit the quaint village of Walkington.
The owner Elaine is so wonderful and charming and pays attention to every detail!! My cottage was perfect..from the decor.. to amenties.. to comfortable beds.. to the views into the pastures with horses and other farm animals to view!! So Peaceful. The perfect farm holiday.
My family could not believe what a gem I found and a 4 star English rating!!! On my last 3 trips I had encountered "not so honest owners" of cottages and townhomes I rented who deceived me and or stole money from me!!! The places were not at all what I saw on the internet. You must be careful!!!! This is why I am referrring you to a great place and you wont be sorry!! I wish I would have had this on earlier visits.
I can highly refer you to Broadgate Farm Cottages and assure you that"You will Love them " and be taken care of.!!!
It was my birthday while on holiday there and Elaine and Steve and Lauren got a card for me , wine, bath salts and a bunch of firewood for the woodstove!!! It was so sweet and such a personal touch. Upon arrival there is tea and coffee and some milk in the refridge. And the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you will want.
You have all the privacy you need , yet Elaine and her family are nearby to help in anyway! I cannot tell you how great this place is and close to Hull, Beverley, Walkington, York, Hornsea, and all of Yorkshire to tour and get out and have a real English countryside vacation.. The great fact is you are still close to fine dining, nightlife, shopping, trains buses etc..
So much to do and see and I ran out of time!!! But I will return time and time again!! I found my home away from home while in England.
The farm will have 4 cottages and all ranging from 2-4 bedrooms. They look better in person than on the website!! They look beautiful there too..but when you arrive ..It is WOW!!! From wood floors to beautiful tile and kitchens and bathrooms to die for!!! They really did a beautiful job and you will find No place in that area that is so friendly, beautiful and close to everything like this!!!
So If you are visiting this part of England? You have to visit Broadgate farm Cottages... and tell Elaine ....Janice sent you from Trip advisor. She will become a friend and like family to you!! Thats how I feel now....
